1. Introduction
Welcome to ValueKing NG (“ValueKing”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of valuekingng.com, including browsing, purchasing products, creating an account and selling products through our marketplace.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
ValueKing is intended to connect customers with independent vendors offering products through an online marketplace. Some products may be sold directly by ValueKing, while others are offered by third-party vendors. The identity of the seller should be shown on the relevant product page or during checkout.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases or sell through the marketplace. If you use the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration and contact information.
- Keep your password and account credentials secure.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Avoid impersonation, fraud, abusive conduct or attempts to disrupt the website.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users or comply with the law. Where appropriate, we will provide an explanation and a way to contact us.
3. Products and Listings
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful and not misleading. Listings should include relevant product descriptions, prices, condition, available variations, stock information, warranty details where applicable and any important limitations.
Images are provided to illustrate products. Actual appearance may vary where this is clearly explained, but material differences between a listing and the product supplied must be addressed fairly.
We prohibit counterfeit, stolen, unlawful, unsafe or otherwise prohibited goods, as well as listings that infringe third-party rights.
We may correct errors, remove listings or request additional information where reasonably necessary. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
4. Prices, Orders and Payments
Prices should be displayed clearly in Nigerian naira (₦), unless another currency is expressly stated. Any delivery charges, applicable taxes and other mandatory fees should be disclosed before you complete your order.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledging receipt does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance, fulfilment and payment processing may be subject to the checkout terms and confirmation provided to you.
Payments are processed using the payment methods made available at checkout. Do not send payment to a personal account or third-party number unless that payment method has been expressly authorised by ValueKing and verified through our official channels.
We may cancel an order where there is a genuine stock issue, a material pricing error, suspected fraud or another lawful reason. Where payment has been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Delivery and Collection
Available delivery options, estimated delivery periods, fees and geographic coverage should be shown during checkout or communicated before an order is completed.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the delay and available options.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and reasonable access for delivery. Any additional fee caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt must be disclosed and handled fairly.
Risk, proof of delivery and responsibility for lost or damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and Nigerian law. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Vendor Terms
Vendors must complete any required registration and verification and supply accurate business and payout information.
Each vendor is responsible for:
- Product quality, safety, authenticity and legal compliance.
- Accurate descriptions, pricing and stock availability.
- Fulfilling accepted orders within the stated timeframe.
- Providing valid invoices, warranties or product documents where required.
- Handling returns, replacements and refunds in accordance with ValueKing policies and applicable law.
- Protecting customer information and using it only for authorised order-related purposes.
- Responding promptly to reasonable customer and ValueKing enquiries.

ValueKing may investigate complaints, suspend listings or restrict vendor access where there is evidence of fraud, repeated non-fulfilment, unsafe products, policy violations or unlawful activity. Vendors will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond where appropriate.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customers should contact ValueKing promptly when an order is incorrect, damaged, defective, incomplete or not delivered. Vendors must cooperate with reasonable investigations.
Nothing in our policies is intended to remove statutory consumer rights or remedies available under Nigerian law.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or harassment.
- Submit false reviews, false claims or misleading product information.
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or customer data.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with website operations.
- Copy, scrape or commercially exploit website content without permission.
- Circumvent security controls or misuse promotional offers.
9. Intellectual Property
The ValueKing name, branding, website design and original website content belong to ValueKing or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Vendors retain ownership of their materials but grant ValueKing permission to display and promote their approved listings for marketplace operation and marketing purposes, subject to any agreed vendor terms.
You may not use ValueKing branding or another party’s intellectual property without permission.
10. Reviews and User Submissions
Reviews and other submissions must be truthful, relevant and lawful. We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful or unrelated to the relevant product or service.
We do not guarantee that every review independently verifies a product’s quality or a vendor’s conduct.
11. Website Availability and Liability
We aim to keep the marketplace secure and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer rights and remedies. Any other lawful limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, stored and protected. By using the website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
